I’m going
to talk you about sports and their benefits. Sports are necessary for the
people, because on these days, we are always working and doing things for our
labor performance and we don’t take care about our health. Sports are very
useful if you want to lose weight and throw off all the stress that you have. Those
activities are very good for prevent a several diseases or infarcts.
In our
country, we are very fan of one sport: the football soccer. In Chile most of
the people know at least something about football and is fan of any professional
football club. The second most popular sport in Chile is tennis (but I think
that we are fans when someone is very successful in this sport), and we don’t
take care about any other sport, even if our country is very successful.
I remember
that I’ve always been doing sports. When I was eight years old, I did
athletics, then I practiced soccer and in some cases I played basketball. Then,
when I was thirteen years old, I started to play tennis and volleyball, and occasionally
I practiced table tennis until I finished the school. I started to play rugby
since I was eighteen, and it’s very funny sport, but you get really tired with
it, and you get a several injuries.
